I use the chisel end of the key bar as the grip end, and the rounded handle as the club face. As I mimic my swing in slow motion, I am training my golf muscles to square the club face at and through impact, and using the heavy weight to build strength, and flexibility in the golf swing motion. Slow motion with heavy weights is like doing isometrics and makes you stronger and more able to carry out the proper motions of the golf swing. It is a simple but effective training drill.
